Vintage 1968 Minnesota 3AB 631 Mini License Plate w/ 1969 tab Keychain Tag DAV

Description

Miniature license plate keychain tag.
Issued by the Disabled American Veterans.  If you lost your keys with this tag on them, the finder could drop them in any mailbox, and they would be returned to you - the registered owner of that license plate number.
MINNESOTA   10,000 LAKES    1968    3AB 631 ~  has a red "tab" in the upper, left, corner:

Silver tone metal frame.  White with blue lettering.  White is yellowing with age.
Tag (including frame) measures approx 1

3/8" long x 5/8".
