Vintage Golf "Putting eye" Mirror, Gadget, with instructions, very rare? !!!

I found a very interesting small putting mirror in the box pictured.  It was with a
Vintage Putting Partner Golf Ball Return w/Oscar, Jr
that is also listed for auction.  I search everywhere for another one or any information but could find nothing.  If you know anything about it or have seen another I would love to hear about it.  The small box is from Loeb & Velasco, I found out they were a jewelry store that was in business for many years in Oakland CA.  I could not find out when they went out of business but that could help date it.  The box is included and may pin down the date also.  Thanks for looking, and please feel free to contact me with any questions.
