This Vulcan VW is a Drawer Warmer. This free standing model has a 1" thick top and side insulation. This warming drawer, Vulcan VW has oversized pulls that are welded on to eliminate loose screws and bolts. The 2 drawers remove for easy cleaning. Warmers, like the Vulcan VW are used to keep food, such as chips and bread warm for extended periods of time. Each drawer includes one 12"Wx20"Dx6"H food pan. This stainless steel Vulcan VW has two recessed thermostats. Each thermostat is adjustable to 190°F and has humidity control. This free standing Vulcan VW has a capacity of 30 Gallons .
